Advertorial Development
Long-form, story-driven editorial pages built around a real reader's question. We write them ourselves, structure them ourselves, and test them mercilessly.
BeBetter Advertising is a small native advertising operation building direct-response campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, RevContent, and MediaGo. We work on products that solve real problems for real people — and we run them with the discipline that performance demands.
No office, no commute. We hire from anywhere the talent is, coordinate in writing, and run asynchronously by default — the way modern work actually wants to happen.
Every operator on this team works with LLMs as a daily craft tool, not a curiosity. Someone fluent with AI produces what twenty people could just three years ago — and that math is the only reason a team this small runs this much volume.
A short version of who we are and how we got here.
We don't run native ads as an afterthought. We run them as the craft they are.
BeBetter Advertising is a performance marketing operation focused on what most agencies treat as cookie-cutter: writing advertorials that respect the reader, building landing pages worth landing on, and running campaigns at a scale that lets data speak honestly.
We're not a 200-person agency. We don't want to be. The work compounds when fewer hands touch it, and our results have made the case for staying small.
Long-form, story-driven editorial pages built around a real reader's question. We write them ourselves, structure them ourselves, and test them mercilessly.
Day-to-day operation across Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, RevContent — including Apple News and premium publisher placements. Bid strategy, creative rotation, placement-level work.
Page and creative localization that goes beyond translation. We adapt structure, social proof, and emotional hooks to how each market actually reads.
Native ad creative — images, GIFs, headlines — produced and iterated against real placement data. We track what wins and why, and we don't pretend at instinct.
Server-side postbacks, conversion uploads, and the unsexy plumbing that makes every other decision possible.
When a campaign works in one market, we figure out where else it could work — and adapt structure, language, and creative for each new geo on its own terms.
We've run campaigns across English, German, Polish, French, Italian, Danish, Arabic, and Turkish — and we keep adding to the list as opportunities open up.
We've been deliberately small for years, and we plan to stay that way.
People here tend to stay for years, not months.
The team is fully remote and AI-augmented end to end. We work in tight weekly cadences, share what we're learning openly, and let the data speak before we do.
We'd rather wait six months for the right person than fill a seat in six days.
Six values that show up in every campaign, every hire, every decision. We don't have them on a poster — but we hire, fire, and operate by them.
We do not copy. We do not take the obvious route. We find the angle that actually works — for this client, this market, this moment. Conventional thinking produces conventional results. That is not good enough for us.
Everyone on this team is a person first. We hire strong, unique individuals and treat them as such. Your well-being, your growth, and your life outside of work genuinely matter here. We provide training, build in flexibility, and invest in your development because we believe in you and in your career — not just in what you produce.
We are never done improving. Every campaign, every process, every skill is something we can sharpen. This applies to the company and to you personally.
We are not just in the business of advertising. We are in the business of building something that matters. How we show up in the community reflects who we are as a company.
No excuses, no deflection. When something goes wrong — whether or not it was your fault — you take responsibility for fixing it. When something goes right, you know why, and you repeat it. Ownership is the foundation of trust, and trust is how we operate.
We do not take ourselves too seriously. Doing great work and enjoying the people you do it with are not mutually exclusive — they reinforce each other. If it is not at least a little fun, we are doing something wrong.
We're not always actively hiring. When a role does open, we tend to take a few months with it — and when we hire, we hire to keep. The roles that come up most often are campaign coordinators, media buyers, creatives, and engineers. All positions are remote.
We hire for AI fluency the way agencies used to hire for Excel literacy. If you're not already drafting, researching, testing, and shipping with LLMs as part of your daily process, this isn't the seat for you — yet.
Someone fluent with AI does the work of twenty people who aren't. That 20× math is the only reason a team this small can run this much volume across this many markets. The other principles below matter too, but this one comes first.
The team is small enough that everyone owns their lane outright. We're not interested in oversight — only in trust, and the work that earns it.
We'd rather ship one good thing this week than three average things. Native ads compound on quality; we lean into that.
The data doesn't lie, and neither should we. If something isn't working, we say so out loud, kill it, and move on.
We invest in people who plan to stick around. The best work tends to come in year three, not month three — and we structure compensation, growth, and decisions around that.
